Motivated and detail-oriented postgraduate from the Pharmaceutical Analysis department at NIPER-Guwahati, with robust hands-on experience in peptide characterisation, targeted (MRM) and untargeted proteomics, bioanalytical method development and metaID using Triple Quadrupole, QTOF, and Orbitrap MS platforms. Key Expertise • Developed and optimized LC-MS/MS workflows for peptide quantification and structural mapping using MRM and HRMS. • Executed peptide mapping of monoclonal antibodies, including PTM profiling (oxidation, deamidation) and forced degradation studies. • Skilled in sample preparation (tryptic digestion, protein quantification, SPE/LLE/PPT) for biological and synthetic peptide samples. • Proficient in using Skyline for MRM method development, transition selection, and quantification. • Applied MetaMorpheus for label-free proteomics and Cytoscape for biological network analysis. • Retrieved and processed sequences via UniProt and NCBI BLAST for proteotypic peptide prediction and specificity validation. • Conducted in-vivo pharmacokinetic studies in SD and Wistar rats, including oral/subcutaneous dosing and retro-orbital blood collection. • Experience with NCE bioanalysis, metabolite profiling, and PK assessments from plasma, urine, and fecal matrices.
