I wasn’t just fixing technical issues—I was ensuring that businesses could stay connected across borders without interruption.From there, I transitioned into carrier relations, where for over a decade I managed international voice accounts, negotiated swap and bidirectional deals, and built long-term partnerships. My role wasn’t just about buying and selling minutes—it was about creating win-win strategies that helped carriers expand their reach while maintaining profitability. I became known for my ability to balance technical expertise with business acumen, ensuring that every deal was both sustainable and scalable.Most recently, I’ve focused on voice and SMS routing management, optimizing traffic flows and solving complex routing challenges. In this role, I’ve helped organizations reduce costs, improve quality of service, and unlock new revenue streams. Whether it’s troubleshooting technical bottlenecks or designing efficient routing strategies, I thrive on turning complexity into clarity.What drives me is the passion to bridge technology and business.
