In addition to this I am also responsible for the understand requirements of the clients of TCS BaNCS and provide a product solution considering the operational needs and business needs of the clients on one side and on the other side ensure that the solutions proposed mesh well with the products core strengths and does not deviate much from the road map. As a third element, I am also looking after a client facing product (Digital Channels) from a requirement and solution perspective, where in I have successfully built a governance model for the smooth handling of the products life cycle from the time of requirements to the delivery of the product to the client.
