   Currently leading the Benefits Track for Kaiser Permanente Membership Connect (KPMC) program that: • Replaces KP’s current legacy membership administrations and associated helper applications, with a single modern business and technical solution that will drive significant capability enhancements and better customer and member experiences, at a much lower cost of operations and IT ownership • Responsible for solution design of the entire Benefits track for KPMC • In-depth knowledge of transformation logic for Membership and Benefits systems to Epic master files • Collaborate with other KPMC tracks, Epic, PMO, Business & IT partners & Vendors. Medicaid Data warehouse: implemented Medicaid Data warehouse to support CA and NW Region’s Medi-Cal reporting. • Provide Solution design, data transformation rules, technical expertise, direction and support to development and testing teams on key design and integration considerations and approaches. CA Tapestry Benefits/Epic Tapestry AP implementation: • Solution Lead for the CA Tapestry Program • Responsible for designing Benefit information feed from source system(s) to Epic driving major functionality in Epic/Tapestry AP. • In-depth knowledge of transformation logic for Membership and Benefits systems to Epic master files and Epic Clarity reporting. • Recommended config definitions for major Benefit Engine functionalities in Epic/Tapestry such as Carryover and Provider network work flows. • Closely worked with Epic, Business, Benefit build/Configuration and Testing teams on Epic/Tapestry Benefit Configuration settings. • Collaborate with other Epic, PMO, Business & IT partners.
