About Ananth Reddy
As a biotechnology intern at GENEFITHUB and Insilicomics Private Limited, I have gained hands-on experience in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis. I have retrieved raw sequencing data from the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA), performed quality assessment using FastQC, trimmed low-quality bases with Trimmomatic, and assembled high-quality reads into contigs using the Velvet assembler. This process has enhanced my expertise in bioinformatics workflows and genomic data processing. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology at Siddaganga Institute Of Technology, where I am learning the fundamentals of biotechnology and its applications. I am also proficient in Python and R programming languages, which I use for handling biological data and performing statistical analysis. My goal is to apply my skills and knowledge in the field of biotechnology to contribute to the advancement of scientific research and innovation.
