About Anant Chaudhary
Anant has been working as a Product Manager at Sprinklr for 5 years. Prior to Sprinklr, Anant completed an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad (2015-17), an MS from Bocconi University (2016-17) and a B.Tech from IIT Delhi (2011-15). He has a keen interest in using technology to make lives easier and solve business problems. The first product that he built was a semi-automated attendance marking system at IIT Delhi playgrounds, which gave students an additional 30-60 minutes of playtime by removing the need for a roll-call that requires everyone to wait till it is completed.At Sprinklr, he works with Fortune 500 enterprise clients to help them provide the best experience to their customers on modern channels, throughout their customer journey. During the 5 year tenure, he has experience of launching new products using provided requirements - mapping user personas & their expected use cases, designing, developing, rolling out to users, taking feedback and restarting the loop. Such projects give ample experience of putting on different hats because Sprinklr gives full ownership of products to PMs. Additionally, Anant has also worked on growing existing products\' top-line as well as increasing their adoption by users. Currently, Anant leads a product that helps the hyperlocal arms (retail/franchisee/sales) of enterprise clients in managing their CX.
