Investment management and finance expert with over 20 years’ experience across multi-asset investment management and strategy formulation roles in the real estate and financial services industries; I bring to the table, exceptional skills in collaborating with Board, Investor, and CXO-Suite Executives to formulate & implement strategic decisions to achieve the stated vision. I progressed through various roles from grassroot levels to strategic, C-Suite level ones within a span of two decades. In my current role as Senior Director and Head South – Capital Markets & Investments with Colliers International, I have demonstrated superior leadership and negotiation skills, managed stakeholders’ expectations, and inspired teams for outstanding results. Functioning as an advisor to review direct/indirect real estate and infrastructure investments in new sectors and assets classes, I aligned synergies across various programs and collaborated with diverse stakeholders to establish business partnerships. On several occasions, I have been handpicked by the Executive leadership to identify lucrative investment opportunities and negotiate multimillion ₹ worth contracts. I have to my credit overseeing transaction services for acquisition and divestment of assets and/or securing financing for portfolio of projects, while function as the ‘face of the organization’ in industry forums and events for the companies I have been associated with. Over my career span, I have garnered significant experience in structuring financial transactions including equity, debt, and mezzanine, managing Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) and commercial assets, and supporting Acquisitions & Divestments. I am always inspiring teams to deliver outstanding results. I am not just satisfied with efforts, but believe in delivering end-result, backed by a collaborative work environment, and clearly defined professional targets. Fond of reading, biking, exercising, and watching movies, I also have an appetite for trying out different cuisines.
