In Wipro I work as a vendor masters data specialist (VMD)as well as IP specialist in which below roles and responsibilities are included(Accounts Payable - IP specialist & Vendor master data specialist)- From: 04th Jan 2024 to present *Working on SAP ERP as well as Oracle ERP (Denmark- SAP Sweden- Oracle)*Preparing reports Like allocation, daily Dashboard, processing count and sharing with the clients.*Processing invoices on daily basis as per received count with 99% accuracy. Reversing and reposting invoices due to incorrect data capture or processing errors in SAP ERP.*Working on Duplicate payment Audit tool on daily Basis to avoid double payment of invoices also working sending reminder activity on a weekly basis.*Month end closing activities such as lease file booking, Fuel file booking, Scale point booking, toll file booking also working on Intrastat, 6 vendor extraction and collaborative tasks on monthly basis.*Handling all activities of TnE in Sweden and Norway.*Reviewing, approving expenses submitted by employee and working transfer & posting and daily reports sharing with the clients.*Handling duplicate activity for TnE on a weekly as well as monthly basis.
