Legal Metrology, Consumer Protection, FSSAI, Factories, etc.Contract Management-Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various Contracts including License Agreements, Agency Agreements, Service Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, MOUs, CP Agreements-Assessing and responding to contractual queries, identifying risks involved and suggesting alternatives to mitigate such risks.
