Inventory Control:Monitor stock levels, perform regular audits, and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).Staff Management:Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff. Assign tasks, manage shift schedules, and ensure high performance.Receiving & Dispatching:Oversee the receipt of goods, inspection, and proper documentation. Ensure timely and accurate order dispatch to customers or departments.Warehouse Layout & Organization:Plan and optimize warehouse space for maximum efficiency and safety. Ensure items are stored in the correct locations.Logistics Coordination:Work closely with suppliers, transporters, and other departments to ensure smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.Safety & Compliance:Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct safety drills, and maintain compliance with all legal and company policies.Reporting:Generate regular reports on inventory levels, delivery performance, stock movement, and warehouse KPIs.
