I have 14+ years of professional work experience across venture capital, business management, financial planning and operations, fundraising, strategy and investment banking.I am currently part of the investment team at 3one4 Capital, a leading $550M+ tech and digital investment platform in India.Prior to my move back to investing, I was the Chief Financial Officer at Pepperfry, a Furniture and Home Goods company backed by Norwest Venture Partners, Goldman Sachs, Bertelsmann and GE Pension Fund.I am a founding team member and was an Executive Director at Z3Partners, a $100M early growth stage (Series B) fund that invests in technology and digital companies. Our investments include Dealshare, Shipsy and Cyfirma.Prior to Z3Partners, I worked as a Principal (Venture Capital) at IvyCap Ventures, focusing on early stage investments in consumer and technology enabled businesses. I was a Board Member / Observer at Purplle and Bluestone.Before starting my career as an investor, I headed up Category Management (P&L) for Pepperfry\'s Home Business. During my stint, I transformed the business to achieve breakeven at an operational level, while maintaining high levels of customer experience and buyer retention. Prior to this, I headed up the Strategy function, where I worked with the founder to raise $130M across 3 rounds of fundraising, apart from helping to launch a large item distribution network and managing retention marketing.Before joining Pepperfry, I was an investment banker at Lazard and Avendus, where I worked on several marquee M&A transactions across IT Services, Consumer, Media and Technology sectors.I am a graduate of the London School of Economics and Narsee Monjee College, Mumbai.
