Anand has been part of the Steering Committee dealing with TRAI & IBF on the formulation of new code (NTO) for the Media Industry. Anand has led the creation of the Audit Manual & Guidelines for the Media & Entertainment Industry. Anand has worked across Geographies covering India, Singapore, Japan, UAE, UK, Nepal, Bhutan, and Bangladesh. Anand has also appeared in Singapore International Arbitration Court (SIAC) and Chandigarh Court for Business litigations. Anand has authored various points of view and technical articles.
