ABOUT ANAND PRAVEEN

I work in global supply chain and operations at Novartis, with a focus on product lifecycle management, manufacturing coordination, and implementation in complex, regulated environments. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and implementation. I support global lifecycle projects spanning launches, transfers, changes, and portfolio optimization, working closely with manufacturing sites and cross-functional teams across geographies. I have completed the ASCEND Program (Accelerating Supply Chain Excellence & Development), a selective Novartis initiative designed to strengthen capability across supply chain, manufacturing, and operations. Alongside my core role, I lead the Manufacturing & Supply Operations learning program at Novartis Corporate Center, Hyderabad, helping build operational awareness and end-to-end thinking across teams. This exposure has strengthened my understanding of how site operations, quality systems, and regulatory dependencies connect to global supply outcomes.I am also a One Young World Ambassador, engaging with a global community focused on responsibility, ethics, and long-term systems thinking. This perspective influences how I approach my work, balancing efficiency and scale with impact and sustainability.With a foundation in Engineering (Biotechnology) and an MBA, I bring together scientific rigor, analytical problem-solving, and business structure in my approach to operations. I am building a career at the intersection of global operations and supply chain strategy, designing systems that scale reliably, perform under complexity, and translate strategy into consistent execution.
