However, my case is slightly different and contradictory as My Job chose Me. I didn\'t find Recruitment, Recruitment found me and I THANK GOD for that. This wasn\'t my first career choice; however am I glad to be a part of this industry. Not only is it interesting and exciting but also rewarding (financially and otherwise); the evolution of new technologies has led to the creation of new techniques and methods to search for prospective resources. The best part is when we get to make our stakeholders happy; mainly our clients (who has critical positions to fill) and prospects (who constantly look out for opportunities to make their dreams come true). I personally enjoy working on tough-to-close challenging positions; the thought of not having even one candidate for any requisition appears weird to me. Though I received many awards and accolades over the past few years the best ones ever were the recommendations made by my clients, candidates, and co-workers.
