Energy Advisor / Assistant Project Lead:o Assistant Project Leader in preparing and submitting the EnerGuide energy evaluation, and construction building permit forms to the different municipalities in Alberta for more than 4 mainstream builders simultaneously. o Project Lead for the post-construction energy evaluations; assessing, site blower door testing, preparing, and submitting the necessary documents for more than 1500 files (combination of Pre- and post-construction files) to clients according to the Alberta Building Code Regulations, and EnerGuide Regulations.o Led the SIKSIKA Nation project funded by the SSRIA innovation fund, focused on the construction utilizing the recycled plastic bottles, submitted to Ecoplast Solutions. Analyzed, prepared, and performed the energy model for all the separate construction assemblies.o Project Leader in developing the residential ventilation design requirement calculations and layout (F326 Reports) for more than 4 projects utilizing the standards of HRAI (Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada.o Assisted in developing and completing the process optimization to reach the Net Zero Energy (NZE) program for a project associated with Calgary Housing, and a custom home builder.o Prepared Energy Optimization, and Energy Consulting reports for multiple diverse projects in adherence to different governing bodies such as National Building Code of Canada (NBC 2020), BC STEP Code (Tier 1-5), EnerGuide, EnergyStar, NZE etc.o Experience in overseeing and providing technical reports at different stages of construction to ensure project objectives are met within safety, quality, budget, and schedule targets.
