Support robotic welding and assembly operations by diagnosing and resolving issues with KUKA and FANUC robots, end-of-arm tooling, nut/stud welders, and spot welding systems.Troubleshoot and maintain automated stamping presses, transfer systems, and coil feed lines to ensure continuous production.Perform PLC and HMI troubleshooting (primarily Allen-Bradley), including fault tracing, and diagnosis of sensors, actuators, and safety circuits.Assist in commissioning new automation systems and implementing process modifications to meet changing customer requirements.Calibrate instrumentation and optimize process parameters (including welding parameters) to improve system performance and product quality.Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve automation reliability.Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, system modifications, and programming updates.Ensure compliance with safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and regulatory requirements during all automation activities.
