o Stay abreast of international sustainability standards & requirements, including review, assurance, compliance, periodic benchmarking, etc. with respect to trustea code and its application.o Manage grievances from certified entities, external stakeholders, end-users and work towards achieving an amicable resolution through involvement of a cross-functional team.o Conduct periodic reviews of the code using a multi-stakeholder engagement process to ensure they adhere to the requirements.o Assist in the development and use of guidelines, technical brochures/bulletins, including Communication and guidelines for use of trustea Seal/Logo by stakeholders and monitoring proper usage. o Assist in capacity building on trustea code requirements for auditors, implementation partners, & other relevant stakeholderso Provide assistance to Audit Bodies in their empanelment to the trustea code, verification requirements and ensure adherence in compliance with the trustea assurance system requirements.o Involvement in developing the traceability system as well as Social Impact Reports for trustea Secretariat.o Liaise with implementing partners to the trustea programme, including handling of appeals & complaints.o Perform & Analyse data from System Assurance Audits to continuously improve the programme.o Member of the ISEAL Technical Committee and represent tSTF on Social & Sustainability forums under ISEAL initiativeo Heading the process of Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) to measure the outputs achieved through various activities of tSTF, using objective & measurable indicators, using a Logical Framework Analysis.o Responsible for implementing, securing & managing the approval & membership with ISEAL with the intent of making the trustea code internationally credible, focus on planning towards ToC, Stakeholders Engagement, Governance, Training, MEL etc. Capacity building by conducting in-house, field trainings, refresher training on the sustainability standard
