ABOUT ANANDINI SINGH
From beginning my hospitality career in grocery retail to diving into the luxury segment of retail industry, I believe to have gained exposure of both front-end and back-end of retail sector. I started off as an ASSISTANT MANAGER in RELIANCE SMART wherein I handled both in-store operations as well as JIOMART, the e-commerce platform. Then I switched to working as a RETAIL MANAGEMENT INTERN in GUCCI. During my tenure, I handled CRM, enhanced creativity and problem-solving skills, assisted my team with creating attractive visualizations and gained insightful knowledge about different KPIs. Daily interaction with hundreds of clients helped me cultivate a customer-centric mindset and build a strong solution-oriented approach. It helped me handle multiple customer complains, understand their needs better and develop effective communication. Handling extensive data in excel sheets everyday helped develop my analytical abilities and attention to detail. Currently, I am embarking on a journey to enhance my knowledge and skill in business administration through MBA. I am excited to leverage my analytical prowess and dive deeper into business strategy and leadership. I aim to expand my network, drive an impactful change and contribute to the business community.
