Driving TQM culture penetration with the goal of achieving the prestigious Deming Grand Prize Award• Formulate TQM implementation strategies under the guidance of TQM Sensei\'s • Preparation of plant policy objectives and ensure policy deployment through MPCPs, and conduct policy deployment reflection across the plant by using the Four Student Model. • Implement and standardize Daily Work Management (DWM) practices as the \'S-D-C-A\' way of working to deliver desired outcomes on PQCDSM. • Evaluate the effectiveness of the DWM process through a DWM maturity assessment, and improve the DWM maturity score of the plant. • Collaborate with TQM consultants to ensure readiness for the Deming Grand Prize Award, prepare the DTQMP, and Sch A and Sch B presentations for internal and external diagnosis (JUSE). • Establish a problem-solving capability framework, and penetrate problem-solving through QC story and SQC approach across the plant. • Develop statistical experts (Sig sigma Black belt) to solve business problems. • Implement Unique engagement initiatives for making TQM culture as a way of life. • Training and coaching the team on TQM implementation and development of Systems. • Lead the digitization of Business Excellence process, collaborating with web developers to create online portals for QC Story, QCC, TQM promotion initiatives.
