My work for our clients is based on 12 years of trading gas, power and crude oil options and swaps, and 5 years of pricing structured power & gas transactions and assets. After co-founding 3 trading desks, I founded Clone Capital to help companies value their assets, optimize those assets and advise their hedging strategies. We currently serve 17 assets, MW in 6 ISOs across the country. I am an engineer, energy consultant, trader and CFA charter holder with Masters degrees in both Business and Finance. With two decades of commodities experience, I have a deep appreciation for and understanding of the intricacies of the energy markets.

We provide a unique solution for generation owners looking to maximize energy margins from their portfolio through forward hedging without having to build a capital and personnel intensive infrastructure. Our services include the development of all the tools and analytics, development of risk policy and hedge strategies, market expertise, daily dispatch decisions, origination and evaluation of hedge transactions and PPAs, analyzing credit risk and margining requirements for hedges, as well as middle and back office needs related to the hedge transactions.M&A Due Diligence - Assisting in the asset acquisition process, we provide asset and portfolio valuation services, market intelligence, risk-reward analysis, and identifying strategies to enhance the value of the investments. A comprehensive understanding and pricing of market risk is critical in today\'s rapidly involving energy industry and we help our clients make the right investment decisions.Trading Infrastructure - We work with clients to build and set up their trading and asset management infrastructure - risk systems, subscriptions, trading platforms, contracts, counter-party introductions, risk policy and controls, middle and back office processes.
