Scripted and hosted all podcast segments- Conceived of Bloomberg BNA’s online PTAB Challenge Navigator service, which allows the patent law community to track proceedings before the Patent and Trademark Office’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board- Guest speaker at Howard Law School class on the invitation of Professor Lateef Mtima on copyright law and the Google Book Search case.
