As Senior Product Manager, I lead the product management team and responsible for the product portfolio -\"Ultrasonic Testing Software and Digital products\" with the vision of Software and Digital transformation as an exciting journey of innovative technologies.I focus on the strategy and vision for the software and digital transformation in Ultrasonic Testing business by introducing new software and digital products for ultrasonic testing methods in the digital journey of NDE 4.0.I use the analytics as data driven product management principles to convert the portfolio vision into execution of individual products with customer centric iteration. Work with engineering team to define the product requirements, creating the concept card with wireframe and continuously work with team on agile scrum method to develop the product. Validate the prototype with customer and iterate the product with customer centric product evolution.Work with Marketing Intelligence & Strategy team and regional commercial leaders to understand the market dynamics, micro and macro environment, market opportunity, regional specific needs for the software and digital products in UT.Work closely with Marcomm team to prepare the Go to Market Strategy and Collaterals for product launches.Work very closely with the commercial team to interact with regional customers, provide application solutions and technical demo for the customer needs.Work with cross-functional team on global deployment strategy and planning of products by working with supply chain, production team.Introduce the new SW & Digital product to the market with global and regional launches. Give product immersion trainings with new commercial strategy to sell the value of digital transformation.
