Possessing strong technical and management skills to lead the Project & Operation team. Successful completion of OPaL’s Greenfield gas phase (Ineos Innovene) Polypropylene project without any safety and process deviations. Successful completion of HPL’S Polypropylene revamp project (Basell’s Spheripol slurry technology) without any safety and process deviations. Successful commissioning, Start-up, PGTR and operation of JSW Extruders, Borsig Propylene recovery unit Burkhart & JSW compressors without any safety and process deviations. All-important grades trial taken including CR, BOPP, ICP & RCP successfully in Innovene gas phase polypropylene plant. Successfully executed Turn around project by in house team and started the plant without any safety and process deviations.PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED: Involved in process engineering activities like review of engineering documents, drawings, diagram, procedures, Checklists and etc. Monitoring and progress reporting on WBS, DCI, MCI, ordering and delivery schedule, construction schedule, formats completion schedule, pre-commissioning, commissioning, plant start-up schedule. Participated in HAZOP close outs, SIL, 3D Model reviews, MRTs, DCS FAT & SAT. Involved in engineering deliverable review, construction activities, pre-commissioning & commissioning activities, start-up & stabilization, high load trials, continuously operating more than design capacity, new catalyst trials, new additive trials and cost to the company is being saved more than 200 crores per year by implementing various important improvement projects.

Evaluating the challenges faced till date and resolving all the challenges by continual improvement in manufacturing processes. Identifying business & operational risks and taking actions to mitigate risks and develop opportunities. Preparing annual OPEX & CAPEX budget process of polypropylene 340 KTPA, LLDPE 2*360 and HDPE 340 KTPA. Developed and Maintaining ISO9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018 & systems. Planning and executing maintenance activity to ensure plant is kept safe, compliant and reliable with sustainability. Providing design and operation input at all stages in the new project and new product development process. Ensuring that Environmental, Health and Safety, manufacturing and quality standards and procedures are adhered to. Ensuring that the teams are trained enabling them to achieve the operational metrics within their areas of responsibility and succeed in their role. Complete regular performance reviews, manage attendance, holidays, disciplinary issues and procedures as appropriate. Reporting manufacturing activities on a regular basis to the Senior Management team. Reviewing opportunities to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Investigating all deviation of operations, maintenance, quality and HSEF. Involving in benchmarking studies, MOC, RCA, PHA, HAZOP, licensor & OEM correspondence. Conducting new catalyst and chemical trials, taking new grade and high throughput trials.
