Customer: Rolls Royce Developed and managed 4 different product definition groups in Rolls Royce center with the team size of 40 Engineer for Turbines CDG, Navel marine Retro modeling, Product Structure control (PSC) and Assembly and Testing Worked as an interface to customer in preparing SOW, Proposals and quotations Weekly meetings with customer/ RR Engineering manager to plan the resource, workload, Project status and challenges. Developed around 7 project teams starts from scope understanding, resource identification, pilot execution, review and delivery. Set up process like technical review process, best practice and lesson learnt sessions, Daily hurdles, project reviews, engineers performance reviews. Representative of internal and external customer for budget forecasts, team members competency review, team strategy and forecast and candidate interviews. KPI Owner for Product definition group and presented the KPI status (OTD, DPHH, CSAT, Resource retention etc.) with customer on monthly basis. Owned the project maturity of the complete Product definition program which includes 7 Project leaders with 25 projects. SPC for Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for Product Structure control team and involved on critical resource backup plan, Risk mitigation, intra city plan. Program SPC for IPMS way of project management, issue and query clarifications. Project creation, Estimation, Planning, Execution, Quality Review, Monitoring and control, Final Delivery and Project closure Risk management, Configuration management and Requirement management Represent the organization for external audits. Mentor / internal Auditor for entire product definition group and successfully completed the AS9100 audit with zero NC from PD program PLM Team center in charge for complete RR center and interacted with RR /HP counterpart and Part of PLM up-gradates. Delegated Owner for resource ramp up as and when required
