Regarded as a successful Project Manager, I possess a wealth of expertise in the IT & BPO industries, handling Investment Banking Operations, Auditing & Compliance, Agile & Scrum, Team Management and Delivery Excellence. Currently working at Tata Consultancy Services as an Operations Manager, handling the roles of Project Manager - Scrum Master.I started my career as an Executive with ABN AMRO Central Enterprises Service, Chennai, which was later taken over by Royal Bank of Scotland, where I got the privilege to be a part of the team which successfully migrated the Brokerage process from Singapore On-Site to India. This experience helped me to play vital roles with the teams who dealt with process migration later in my career. I was involved with the teams in successfully accomplishing process migration at Wipro BPO Ltd. from City Group, New York and later at Tata Consultancy Services from Morgan Stanley Group, New York. As a banking expert with extensive experience in Investment Banking and Treasury Operations with reputed foreign investment banks, I could excel in effective and efficient banking operations and won the Best Performer and Auditor Awards multiple times. Climbing the ladders of my career, I also worked in lead roles where I handled project management and team management along with delivery excellence. For the past seven years I have been a certified Scrum Master and currently works as a Project Manager - Scrum Master at Tata Consultancy Services.Apart from my profession, I am a blogger interested in topics such as cinema, science, and history. I have authored a book named ‘Checkmate’ in 2021 which is published by Pothy Publications and on Amazon as an E-Book. I prefer to describe my book as a collection of scattered thoughts which has taken a fictional form! Being someone who believes in giving something back to the society, I am also volunteering at “Hidden Voices”, Ernakulam which supports the visually impaired community by recording audio books.
