ABOUT ANAND SAHA

I am a U.S. capital markets partner with 25 years of experience advising underwriters and issuers on global capital markets transactions. I have advised on billions of dollars of capital raises in both the equity and debt capital markets. I am qualified to practice in New York and in England, and I am a fluent Italian speaker.I have particular experience in cross-border offerings and have acted as a trusted advisor both on the underwriter and issuer side to numerous international companies looking to access US markets, guiding my clients on market practice and structures to achieve their goals. I take pride in being extremely responsive and prioritizing smooth transaction execution.For many years, I was primarily focused on the Latin America market and during that period was ranked by Chambers & Partners as one of the top international capital markets lawyers in that region.My experience includes- IPOs and follow-on equity offerings, including with NYSE or Nasdaq listings- a full range of debt capital markets products, including high yield and ESG bonds- cross-border M&A and equity investments in private companies, particularly in the Tech space- bank regulatory capital offerings (Tier I, Tier II and hybrid capital)- short-term and medium-term note (MTN) debt offering programs, and- liability management structures, including tender and exchange offers.
