As a part of Delhivery’s Full Truck Load (FTL) division, I spearhead new business development initiatives to drive strategic growth across South India. My role involves identifying high-potential B2B clients, gathering freight movement insights, and generating RFQs to deliver customized logistics solutions that optimize cost, speed, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities: • Lead new client acquisition for FTL services across key industrial hubs in South India. • Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients through market research, cold outreach, and networking. • Identify customer pain points in freight operations and tailor Delhivery’s FTL offerings accordingly. • Generate and respond to RFQs (Request for Quotations) and RFPs (Request for Proposals) from enterprises with diverse logistics needs. • Collaborate with pricing, operations, and supply teams to offer competitive and executable transportation solutions. • Onboard clients and ensure seamless transition from prospecting to execution and service delivery. • Develop long-term relationships with enterprise accounts to drive repeat business and volume growth. • Maintain comprehensive reports on client interactions, deal progress, and market insights for strategic forecasting.
