At Honeywell I am working on Managing BOMs, routings, engineering change notices (ECNs), purchase requisitions, and PDM in SAP. • Supporting the design and development of assembly lines, fixtures, jigs, and workstations to enable efficient and lean manufacturing. • Leading shop floor layout preparation in AutoCAD to optimize workflow, space utilization, and productivity improvement Projects. • Driving NPI and product transition projects, including line setup and validation. • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop and release manufacturing plans that meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives. • Creating and managing engineering change orders, manufacturer change orders, and deviations to ensure readiness for production release. • Leading automation initiatives, VA/NVA analysis, Kaizen events, and lean implementation to eliminate waste and improve productivity. • Tracking project deliverables, expenses, and Capex investments to ensure alignment with business goals.This role allows me to combine my expertise in manufacturing engineering, process optimization, and project management with a strong focus on continuous improvement and automation.
