Worked for SGS with more than 1500+ clients of the organization. Responsible for auditing the On-boarding process of the consultants. Reviewing the background check reports (criminal, employment, education, reference, credit, etc) to ensure it is clear before the consultant starts on the client project. Ensure that consultants are clear to start as per client, federal, and state government compliances. Also to ensure service level agreement and master agreement should not breach in any circumstances which may turn to huge penalty to the company. Coordinate with HR operations and delivery team to complete the onboarding process for smooth and timely delivery of the consultants. Coordinate with HR operations, Legal & Contracts, and Accounting team to ensure adherence to client SLA. Contribute to internal and external client audits. Responsible for Employee Engagement activities for the team.
