Provide input to the management team regarding pharma market strategic initiatives to best support the pharma segment commercialization process. · Work closely with our Product, Marketing and Sales teams, lead the development of product messaging and positioning of DNAnexus products for the pharma market segment with an eye toward competitive differentiation. · Define customer profiles across our portfolio and arm sales with collateral needed to win deals. · Support development of product training and education for field representatives and customers. · Develop and execute thought leadership strategies and plans including contributed articles, blogs, and webinars. · Bring new and updated DNAnexus solutions to market, taking the lead on launch strategy, planning, timelines and more to ensure maximum impact. · Build strong matrix partnerships with Product, Sales, Solution Science, Services and Marketing to ensure alignment on priorities, realistic assessment of capabilities, and proactive prioritization of resources.
