I am a Quality Management System (QMS) and Operational Excellence leader with 20+ years of experience across agriculture machinery, automotive, heavy engineering, and fabrication industries. My career spans end-to-end manufacturing—from shop-floor operations and new line setup to enterprise-level TQM, digitization, and strategy deployment.My expertise includes Deming/MBNQA frameworks, Lean–TPM–Six Sigma, PSP-based problem solving, IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 QMS, SDP and strategy execution, and MES–SAP–Power BI digital integration.
