   I Lead the product strategy, architecture, and roadmap for Zoom’s AI-powered chat and voice agents, driving the transformation of the Virtual Agent portfolio into a multimodal AI ecosystem for enterprise customers worldwide.I architected and launched Zoom’s conversational AI platform, integrating ASR, TTS, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI guardrails to improve reliability, tone, and compliance. I also led the strategy for outbound CX use cases, extending the platform beyond inbound automation to proactive engagement—driving X % MRR uplift and deeper customer retention.My work spans the entire AI lifecycle—from context engineering, prompt optimization, and fine-tuning to evaluation frameworks and RLHF—ensuring measurable gains in reasoning accuracy, latency, and user trust. I developed scalable model evaluation pipelines using golden datasets, coherence and tone metrics, and regression testing to quantify AI quality.I also revamped the integrations platform, adding CRM and virtual agent integrations that expanded TAM and increased X % MRR through ecosystem growth.
