Hotel Reservations for Foreign Delegates. Accompanying Foreign / Indian Client Delegates all over India for Interview Campaign Co-ordination with Gulf companies regarding Recruitment requirements / Activities. Day-to-day routine correspondence with Overseas Clients and Branch offices / Associates regarding Recruitment all over India and relevant feedback to Top Management. Attending Monthly / Annual Meetings and prepare minutes of meeting. Co-ordinating with Advertising Agencies for placing advertisement for the required jobs being an International Placements. Study & analysis of the requirements received from clients. Sourcing, Screening and short listing of suitable candidates as per client’s specification. Search resumes from various sources like Internal Database, Job Portal (Naukri, Monster, Times jobs and References from various sources. Arranging telephonic interview of candidates with Overseas Clients to verify experience, communication, availability date and location. Database Management – Soft copy in EXCEL (VLookup, Pivot, Macros & other major & Hard copy of the data).
