Prioritize issues based on urgency.• Escalation and Collaboration: Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate level 3 IS Support Services team. Collaborate with other Partners IS support groups for troubleshooting hardware, software, cabling, and network infrastructure problems.• Network Device Setup and Configuration: Set up and configure network devices using standard OS tools, Epic tools, and Partners developed tools. Adhere to standard naming conventions and modify existing equipment settings and environments in accordance with Partners standards.• Hardware Deployment Projects: Participate in the execution of large hardware deployment projects or departmental moves.• Preventative Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on desktop and laptop workstations, including reimaging builds, data backup and restoration, cleaning physical hardware, replacing broken or out-of-warranty hardware, and managing cables.• Data Backup and Restoration: Backup and restore primary user data stored on local hard drives of private devices using data migration software, such as User State Migration Tool (USMT).• Incident Documentation: Document work performed in the work log of incident tickets and work order tasks within ServiceNow service management software.• Adherence to Values: Use Partners HealthCare values to guide decisions, actions, and behaviors, including Patients, Affordability, Accountability & Service Commitment, Decisiveness, Innovation & Thoughtful Risk, Diversity & Inclusion, Integrity & Respect, Learning, Continuous Improvement & Personal Growth, and Teamwork & Collaboration.• Imaging Dell Computers: Perform imaging and setup of Dell computers.• Remote and In-Person Support: Provide remote and in-person support for Windows 10 and the aforementioned software.
