I have working with Madhya Pradesh Rajya Ajivika Forum in remote areas of tribal belts of District Shahdol Block Jaisinghnagar Madhya Pradesh from Oct.2021 to 30 June 2024 and have deepened understanding of grass root works via Self Help Groups.Like ( Old Women, Primitives Tribes, Poorest Women SHG ) The role is very appealing me, and I believe that my experience and education make me a highly competitive candidate for this position. My strength that would support to contribute in this position includes:• As an development practioner I persuade as responsibility for the most vulnerable section of our society• I trust in need based (Gender, Governance and livelihood) approaches is key strategies with the initiation of Self Help Groups (Community led, Volunteer led, Leaders led, SHG led and VO led expansion) for Socio economic and Socio political changes.• I engaged with community via integrated approaches with collaboration of different stakeholders and government for sustainable changes and will able to create a local resources pool of volunteers, Community resource person and institution building for influencing a larger mass.I enjoyed my work as a passion, a pure connection with rural women’s and pleasure to learn their local language (gondi).
