I am Anand Kumar, a highly motivated and dedicated professional with a strong commitment to continuous learning. I holds a Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University and has over 11 years of comprehensive experience in the supply chain industry. Currently, I am working as the AGM of Operational Excellence at Rhenus Logistics.*My role involves driving operational excellence in store and line feed & warehouse management through initiatives focused on increasing productivity and continuous improvement. This includes utilizing tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Value Stream Design (VSD), developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs), and conducting Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to identify and mitigate human and system errors.
