Every One Namaste My name is anand Kumar Responsible for various aspects of the mall operations such as Facilities, Operations, Finance & Accounts, Marketing, Leasing, Food Court & Parking, Event & Promotion. • Negotiation of leases both new and renewals across all categories including: Anchors, line units, F&B and leisure. • Responsible of complete payment collection. • Checking for all the services whether they are following the standard operating procedures or not. • Tracking the fit-out process of the tenants, providing support, handing over completion certificates on ensuring satisfactory completion. • Coordinating with tenants, Tenant Co-ordination team and leasing team to ensure flawless fit-out completion and commencement of operations. • Effective and quality usages of BTL and Signage Spaces • Provides training to the staff whenever required. • Negotiate with the vendors for the rates for the services so that the customers get efficient quality at cheaper price • Timely payment of all the bills related to electricity, water and other supplies and facilities • Regular meeting with all other staff to discuss on the issues of marketing and budgets. • Have a smooth coordination process set with all the vendors for the organizing of all the events and including the entire of mall team. • Resolves complaints and demands of tenants and work to remove the causes of the complaint and respond to their requests within the legal and contractual obligations • Take steps to improve customer services inside the mall
