WNC President Anand Kannan is responsible for leading the Tax Credit Syndication and Development teams at WNC. With offices in 18 cities, we are partners to more than 400 developers in 48 states, working hand-in-hand to house over one million residents 1,650 affordable housing properties, while also launching 95 institutional investment funds to support the healthy growth of capital and communities.
