   Key Roles & Responsibilities:Network Coordination:Manage and coordinate activities among 15 ILC member organizations, fostering collaboration, synergy, and shared learning to advance land rights advocacy across India.Strategic Facilitation:Guide the national coalition\'s strategic direction by aligning local priorities with ILC\'s global mission, ensuring contextual relevance and impact.Stakeholder Engagement:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders—including community leaders, NGOs, government representatives, and international partners—to ensure inclusive participation in land governance processes.Community Empowerment:Support and co-create platforms that empower grassroots communities to assert their land rights and influence policy decisions affecting their lives and livelihoods.Program Design & Implementation:Lead the design, execution, and monitoring of national-level initiatives and campaigns that promote social justice, secure land tenure, and sustainable development.Capacity Building:Organize trainings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing events to enhance the capabilities of coalition members and grassroots actors.Advocacy & Policy Influence:Coordinate evidence-based advocacy efforts to influence land-related policies, ensuring community perspectives are central to legislative and institutional reforms.Communication & Documentation:Develop communication strategies, produce reports, and document best practices and success stories to strengthen the visibility and impact of ILC India’s work.
