ABOUT HIMANSHU ANAND
Hi, I’m Himanshu Anand, and I’ve spent the last 14 years immersed in the automotive industry, working as an Assistant Engineering Manager/Product Engineer with a passion for creating high-quality, innovative solutions. My journey has taken me through a wide range of projects—from automotive connectors to seating systems, window regulators, and rearview mirrors. Along the way, I’ve honed my ability to lead cross-functional teams, streamline processes, and deliver products that not only meet but exceed expectations. Currently, I’m leading the design and development of automotive connectors at Molex, where I’ve been able to reduce production costs and improve product performance. My experience with CAD design, engineering analysis (DFMEA, DVP & R, GD & T), and product lifecycle management (PLM) has empowered me to solve complex engineering problems while working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. What excites me most about the future is the opportunity to transition into an Engineering Manager role. I’m eager to take on new challenges, guide and mentor teams, and help drive innovation in the automotive sector. I’m always looking for ways to contribute to a culture of collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Let’s connect if you’re interested in collaborating or if you want to chat about engineering, automotive technology, or leadership!
