About Anand Goyal
I am a management graduate from Indian School of Business currently working with Apollo 24/7 leading operations for North and West region.Prior to this I have worked with Oyo hotels and homes leading strategic acquisition for India market and then leading strategy projects for South East Asia and Middle East markets.Prior to Oyo,I worked with Mytrah Energy India Limited looking after the supply chain of 484 MW solar power projects spread across 16 sites,and also led a debt raise transaction for the companyPrior to Mytrah Energy,I have worked with Tata Steel for about 5 years as a part of their Technical Leadership Program. I have led large teams in the process of establishing one of the largest Integrated Steel Plant Greenfield Project in Odisha, India. I have the experience in designing and implementing processes. I have extensive work experience in engineering,operations, project management, supply chain management, project process improvement and contract management. I have led cross functional teams to install and commission end to end heat resistance technology solutions for the steel plant.I believe in taking the society along with the business. I have led initiatives to bring displaced people due the Greenfield project into the mainstream as a part of “Koshish” program aimed at social integration of the rural people in and around the surrounding areas of the project.
