Lead diagnostics to identify opportunities for climate resilience, environmental footprint reduction, biodiversity conservation, and social inclusion in client operations. Assess risks and opportunities across gender, diversity, and poverty & vulnerability (P&V) dimensions to ensure that solutions address both environmental and social sustainabilityDesign tailored advisory services, develop Terms of Reference (ToRs), and support client engagement and firm selection with a dual focus on environmental and social impact. Develop IMM instruments (Excel scoring tools, dashboards, guidelines) that integrate climate, nature, gender, and diversity indicators, enabling evaluators, project managers, and clients to consistently assess sustainable impact across both environmental and social dimensions.Provide technical expertise on nature-based solutions and create tools and frameworks for environmental and social performance. Oversee advisory delivery to ensure quality, and strategic alignment with client and regional needs.Responsible for progress reporting and final evaluations, with recommendations for scaling services that support inclusive and sustainable development across Latin America and the Caribbean. Provide insights on how to mainstream social equity, gender balance, and vulnerable group empowerment alongside climate and biodiversity strategies.
