As a Senior Client Partner, I am responsible for managing Delivery and handling Clients (Account Partner) across Western Europe (Benelux and Nordics) and Eastern Europe (Hungary, Poland, Romania etc.). My work includes- Managing a team of 16 people (5 onshore, 11 offshore), of all senior levels, spearheading the delivery of multiple projects and countries- Weekly/Bi-weekly meets with Client SPOCs for requirement gathering, data analysis and recruitment strategies- Handling multiple Accounts in BeNeLux and Nordics as an Account Partner, directly responsible for Project Closure and Revenue generation- Closely working with Director, VP for performance management and team development- Involvement in daily meetings with the team for recruitment strategies and target management- Involved in weekly progress meetings, Hiring and Management review meetings, providing valuable input in decision making and Strategic Roadmap development- Hands-on Recruitment and Delivery for multiple roles across geography- POC for internal hiring and quality improvement services.
