I am a results-driven HR professional with over 9+ years of experience. Recently completed SHRM from IIM Trichy. Proficient in providing trainings on internal policy compliances, revamping and preparing internal policies, and building communications for better understanding of policies in the form of bytes. My experience also includes taking projects on automations thus reducing manual activities, exploring tools and applications that can make work easy and provide great results, handling vendor and blue collar employee management database, and analysis of all data to make work results more effective.I am proficient in coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver work on time and working with external agencies. I have also worked on projects with outsourced companies, handling end-to-end process with the team, guiding and providing assistance wherever required.My expertise lies in automations which helps convert the traditional process of using paper and pen into system driven activity.I believe in easy to read and creative communications, and have prepared simple ideas on new \'Work From Home\' scenario covering majorly POSH.
