ABOUT ANAMIKA AGARWAL

Chartered Accountant with experience working at the intersection of strategy, risk, governance, and performance management, supporting leadership teams across sectors including education, renewable energy, manufacturing, and aviation.Over the last several years, I have partnered with CXOs and leadership teams to identify value leakages, strengthen governance frameworks, and improve operational efficiency through data-driven analysis and risk-based prioritisation. My work has resulted in uncovering and recovering significant financial irregularities, improving reporting accuracy, and enabling organisations to take more informed, timely decisions.I bring a hypothesis-driven and first-principles approach to problem solving, combining financial acumen with an understanding of organisational processes and incentives. In addition to execution, I have led teams, built scalable review frameworks, and contributed to growth initiatives through client pursuits and strategic assessments.I am currently deepening my exposure to general management, strategy, and leadership, with a continued focus on solving ambiguous business problems and driving sustainable, long-term value.
