What began as an ambitious dream with limited resources has blossomed into a thriving organization, overcoming numerous challenges and embracing valuable lessons along the way.As the Founder and CEO, my focus is to: Chart our strategic direction; Cultivate and manage key partnerships; Engage with government stakeholders; Foster networks with like-minded organizations and spearhead fundraising initiativesWorking in close collaboration with our Board and executive team, I try to:Drive innovation through collective ideation; Maintain a culture of transparency and integrity and Continually evolve our approach to meet emerging challenges.Every day presents new opportunities for growth and learning as we work tirelessly towards our mission. Together, we aspire to turning audacious dreams into tangible realities, creating lasting impact in the social landscape in India.Today, DC has grown many folds with the support of our partners, funders and most importantly passionate team members who I can proudly say are the strength and backbone of DC and to me personally my family.
