To learn how Akamai is accelerating the pace of innovation in a hyperconnected world, visit and follow @Akamaijobs on Twitter.Responsibilities:• Involved in the End to End recruitment cycle starting with Screening & qualifying potential candidates with the assessment of interest, co-coordinating the interview with the panel, Salary negotiation, documentation.• Proficient in recruiting techniques such as Social Media (Linked in, Facebook, Twitter etc) Employee Referrals, Head Hunting, Networking & Portal etc.• Provide comprehensive resourcing solutions: e.g. market mappings and competitor reviews in order to build a talent pipeline of senior candidates.• Vast experience in handling requirements on different technologies and positions ranging from Sr. Software engineer, Principal Engineers, to Sr. Managers.• Actively sourcing CVs from multiple channels including lead generation, Employee referrals, Social Media and other conventional portals.• Developing report and metrics to track Recruiting efforts.• Salary Negotiations, Explaining company\'s benefit & convincing the candidates with regard to relocation etc,• Research Analyst - Company, Skill & Team Mapping, Head Hunting.
