With the established the first manufacturing unit in Delhi, new product development, equipment selection, procedural implementations were some of the duties during the nascent stages- Setup the second unit in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan after building a new facility from the ground up- Currently incharge of new product development, production, management of QC department- Requirements of customers are understood, assistance provided during the R&D and drawing stage of new products. Also, ensuring timely delivery as per quality norms and timely settlement of dues- Incharge of procurement of raw material as per the orders received. This also includes development of new vendors for a timely and cheaper sourcing- Constantly reinventing our manufacturing practices to keep up with the dynamic environment to ensure we deliver the best possible product at a price lower than before and in a shorter span of time while making sure the QC processes are adhered to.
