Strategize, implement, and monitor organizational management protocols for Guest Management (check-in and check-out procedures, ensure all guest has their arrival instructions, Keys for the suites, directional print out and Housekeeping Suite cleaning schedule) Send pre-arrival and post-stay emails with personalized messages. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and website inquiries. Reservation System: maintain a centralized booking system to avoid missed reservations and double bookings. Staff Management; clearly define staff roles in housekeeping, operations and maintenance. Key and Access Management; Keep a secure log of garage fobs key, suite keys and Lock box access codes. Monitor fobs that are properly working or needs replacement.•Responsible for managing the annual group contract for the rotation assignments of University of British Columbia resident doctors. Ensures all necessary information (check-in date, check-out date, arrival instructions, departure instructions, suite cleaning schedule, key preparation, and after-hours lockbox) is prepared prior to the doctors\' arrival.•Responsible for contract management oversees the preparation and execution. This is to ensures all legal requirements are met and the contracts are ready for client signatures, maintaining compliance and professionalism.•Sales and Client Engagement: A significant portion day to day work is dedicated to direct client interactions, focusing on sales and reservations. She expertly handles suite bookings and promotes services to potential guests.•Analyze financial insights to provide strategic data that drive critical business decisions like increasing the rates for high season and low season, considering market conditions, operational needs, and external factors.
