Support Talent Acquisition Managers by conducting prescreen interviews and passing along quality candidate to the Talent Acquisition Manager or office manager of the dental office. Conduct searches for candidates on Linked in,Careerbuilder, and Craigslist. Allocate all expenses for the department, from job boards costs to department credit cards. Work with Applicant Tracking System to train Managers in using correctly. Identify broken processes and better best practices that can be developed with the system. Approve offer requests and send to On-boarding for their team to finish hiring candidate. Submit all assessment requests and once completed file and send to hiring manager for review. Do all Newspaper Ad requests for our offices, price quotes, hiring manager approval, allocation of costs Publish jobs to job boards such as Careerbuilder, Craigslist, Linked in, Monster, etc. Pass information and email of interested applicants to all hiring managers and recruiters. Submit and relay results for background checks on all potential new hires
